Initial Financial and Technical Assessment

Before anything else, we understand your facility's energy reality. Daily power consumption, hours of operation, DG usage patterns, grid dependency, and whether you have solar already installed. We run the numbers against your actual costs. Your electricity bills, DG logs, and consumption data where available give us the inputs we need to build a clear, honest picture of your annual savings, payback period, and 10-year return. No site visit required at this stage. A conversation and a desk-based analysis are enough to tell us whether VoltSeal is the right fit and what it can deliver for you.

Letter of Intent and Financial Structuring

If the financial case makes sense for the facility/entity, it gives a letter of intent to VoltSeal to undertake the next steps in designing the BESS system.

In case the client requires financial structuring, VoltSeal can connect them to potential financiers or NBFCs.

Site Visit and Detailed Technical Assessment

Once the financial case stacks up, our team visits your facility. We assess your existing energy infrastructure setup, single line drawing, DG configuration, available installation space, and operational context. This gives us everything we need to design a system that fits your facility without disruption to your operations.

Purchase Order and Manufacturing

Once the design is confirmed and the proposal accepted, we move to finalising and testing the system suited to the client’s needs. The client provides a purchase order, and a payment schedule, with some initial advance payment.

In 8-10 weeks, our system arrives at the site pre-tested, has a footprint half of that a comparable DG set, and is installed with minimal disruption to your ongoing operations.

From assessment to commissioning, we work around your schedule — not the other way around.

Installation

Very senior electrical consultants oversee the installation and commissioning of the BESS system, for quick and productive integration in the existing system. VoltSeal provides close operational support for 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the site.
